Enforcement Powers Apply appropriate penalties and sanctions on non-compliance with Technical Standards, Market Rules, and other applicable Rules and Regulations.
Dispute Resolution: Mediation and Settlement of any electricity cross–border or trading disputes which may arise between the members in the EAPP regional Power Market
