James Andilile has extensive experience in the Financial and Energy sectors, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. These include Commercial Banking Services, Audit and Assurance Services, Central Banking, Energy and Water Sectors Regulation, National Oil Company, Petroleum Upstream Regulation, Mid-stream and Downstream Petroleum, Energy Policy development and oversight. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and has completed MBA in Finance. Furthermore, he has a PhD in finance, with a focus on the Impact of Reforms on Energy Sector Performance in Tanzania.
