Mr. Balthazar Nganikiye holds a Master of Arts degree in Policy Economics from Williams College in Massachusetts (USA). He was appointed by presidential Decree in February 2019 as a Director General of Autorité de Régulation des secteurs de l’Eau potable et de l’Energie - AREEN in Burundi. Before that he spent ten years as a Bank Supervisor at the Central Bank of Burundi since 2009. |
